I have 5 minutes to decide whether or not I’m going to astronomy. We’re just going to go over essay questions and while that would help me get it out of the way, I could also just do them some other time. I think I’m going to do them some other time. I’m tired.
I made a music blog. There’s nothing on there right now but it’s where I’ll post my thoughts on bands/albums, reviews, upcoming shows, updates on my band, gear talk, vinyl collection talk, updates on Forbidden Sea Bass Zine/Collective, and other fun things. This could very well be the death of this blog.

It’s not even that all those bands are bad or anything, but it’s almost all hip indie bubblegum pop. It’s just light, fluffy, accessible music that pretty much everyone has listened to and is enjoyed at least to some extent by most people. Nothing to be proud of.
I’m friends with this guy on facebook who just posted a status saying “I’m proud to have an amazing music taste, and I’m sad that half of you listen to some really terrible music.” The great thing is, he posts music constantly and this is what he has posted within the last couple of weeks:
1. Two door Cinema Club (with the caption “best band ever”)

3. The Killers (with the caption “You can’t beat The Killers”)
4. Weezer
5. Grizzly Bear
6. Wavves
7. Vampire Weekend
8. Youth Lagoon

This is horrible because:
a) I sent my dad a similar message with the same typo but fixed it immediately after so you would think I would have not made the same mistake.
b) I was eating a sandwich while making that post.
These Irish wolf hounds were in the lobby of my dorm building today and now they’re my best friends. THEY WERE OVER SIX FEET LONG AND ALMOST 200 POUNDS. SO BIG. THEY WERE BRED TO HUNT WOLVES. WOLVES. SO BIG.
don’t hate your body because it’s too fat or too thin hate it because it’s a prison of flesh and its existence is meaningless
